I am submitting Chapter 01 from my first novel "Dandyflowers". The story is actually two stories in one. In the present Erin Collins gets engaged & her father Jerry spends the better part of a four day weekend telling her the second story, his life beginning in August 1962 & ending in May 1972. The story shifts back and forth between then and now.
