The plot is about a conspiracy by the CIA, the Cuban mafia and the major oil corporations in America to overthrow the Venezuelan President to take control of the country's national resource, Oil.

Sometimes we notice a novel written by a newcomer on Amazon.com, and we think that it is probably not going to be a good book. When I got Dossier, and started to read it, I realized how wrong I was. Once you begin to read it, you can not stop, I am truly amazed with the story. I think that we should have an open mind when it comes to new authors. Rossellini did a great job with this book and I would recommend it to anybody who is into spy novels. I really hope he continues to write. This book could have the potential to become a best seller.

I believe it is, because in Amazon.com they only show two books when you click his name. I believe the first one was an executive order.
