Lucia Logan’s book, A Hidden Passion was chosen as a finalist in the EPPIE awards. Neither its publisher, Dreamspinner Press, nor the EPPIE judges recognized it as a Jane Eyre rip off. The book made it to the finals despite the fact that the press withdrew it from its catalogue in October. So much for the efficacy of the grapevine.
