Yikes, that's cheap! No what if the people who were to confirm the recount didn't read it or liked the depiction because it put them in good light, huh?
I see lots of problems with this shortcut to good fact checking...
I'd be hard pressed to locate some of the people who would appear in my memoir, especially my drug dealers. :)

Well they don't have to be drug dealers, ex's might be as hard to find... not to mention, do you want to alert them about your memoir publishing? :)
This is obviously not an approach without problems, still, it's way better than publishing and hoping for the best!
