LibriVox is a site with hundreds of free audiobooks. If you like you can also volunteer to submit your own read-out-loud version of a book. It's an open audio library of more than 800 titles of public domain literature.
At wordsy.com we think Librivox is a wonderful project. If you're not in the know: at Librivox volunteers can and do post their self-recorded audiobooks that are no longer protected by the author's original copyrights.
