What Are You Eating?

Ok, I may be asking for it by admitting that I’m a vegetarian, but some of the dishes mentioned in these environment-friendly-eating books sound good to me. What’s wrong with rutabaga and grated beet for dinner, I ask you? And it’s true, supermarket veggies taste like cardboard! That's what you get when you cross a tomato with a cotton ball.

I read a funny quote today.. but I don’t think you will like it much
“If God didn’t want us to eat animals why did he make them out of meat?”
I have quite strong beliefs also but I’m a meat eater, I just can’t comprehend killing for fun. I understand and accept controlled culling, whichleaves me on the fence.

It's safer on the fence, trust me. :) Besides the ethics debate, it's a personal health thing...don't like the thoughts of eating growth hormones when they don't know what those things actually do to a person. But here's a thought...people are made out of meat too!
